• Adjustments, regulations and tune-ups
• Bent, broken or missing parts
• Dent removal
• Broken Mouthpieces, cases and bows
• Pad Replacement 
• Broken Bridges, Racks or open seams
• Complete loss due to fire or theft (Must have a police report on file)

What is not covered?

• Consumable supplies such as reeds, cork grease, bow hair, strings and drum sticks
• Damage caused by intentional abuse or mischievous conduct
• Mysterious disappearance (No police report)
